Returns

All orders are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item also need to have receipt as proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Returns are processed in the order in which they arrive. Please allow our team 14-21 business days to process your refund. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will typically receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

Elås reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our returns policy.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
